Q: This tour is priced by vehicle not per person?

Yes, your party of any number from 1 - 5 travels for the same price. The per person price goes down with the number in your party.

Q: Are there additional costs?

All entry fees are included in the basic tour. However, if you choose to customize your tour with other options there are additional guest entry fees.


Q: How long in advance should I make a reservation?

As soon as you know the date that you will be in Skagway. Place your deposit to hold your reservation. It is 100% refundable up to two days prior to tour departure.


Q: Why are passports required?

If you travel past US Customs on the Klondike Highway you will be required to show your passport upon reentry into the United States. Currently a driver's license and certified birth certificate are being accepted. However, in the very near future passports will be required.

Q: I am in town only one day. Do you have recommendations of highlights?

Yes. Our Classic Skagway will introduce you to all of the highlights. The Deluxe tour gives you more time to explore.


Q: My group is larger than 5. Can you accommodate us?

Yes. You have the option of reserving another car and travelling together. At stops you would be in the same location. Or, reserve the limousine which seats 8 - 10.

Q: Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged if the cancellation is made between 24 and 48 hours of the start of the tour. 100% of the total tour cost will be charged if the tour is cancelled within 24 hours of the start of the tour.


Q: I will be overnighting in Skagway. Do you have evening tours?

Yes, our tours are customized to meet your schedule and interests.
